Does anyone know what's going on at the SW corner of Balch & Gillespie in Madison? That corner of land is being cleared of trees. Another subdivision? Who's developing it?

I was thinking that corner was not in the city limits but I check the map and it is. The southeast corner is still county. The way they are clearing it makes it look like another subdivision.

I could be wrong but looking at the Madison Zoning Map (
http://www.madisonal.gov/DocumentCenter/Home/View/232 ), it seems like it is zoned B-2 Community Commercial.
Maybe it's a Dunkin' Donuts

Good point - I saw them clearing it and assumed they'd eventually get to the corner, but you're right. They were pretty far back from the road.
