I pound on nails and fix this home,
Through lots of closets we do roam
to leave this house of many years
we pack our boxes and shed some tears
To see the dawn over a snowy hill
To see some smaller electric bills
to smell the air instead of squint
to grow a backyard full of mint
a simple motion with pen in hand
brings us all to are new land
our new home in Emmett's place
will put big smiles upon our face.
