Same with the pictures. We only like to post the pretty ones. Around here it sure is beautiful some times of the year. Other times... not so much. I should post a picture of my driveway with 5 feet of drifted snow in it. That should defer some folks.

And you don't want to get us Mormon gangstas angry. You know what happened in Mountain Meadows.
Have you been to California? It doesn't rain for 7 months out of the year down here. lol I'm a busy guy and my yard dies fairly regularly because I forget to turn on the water.

You are right though...I'm not a fan of desert life. I'm more of a mountain west kind of guy.

I wouldnt worry about it too much DR, most Californians think Idaho is full of Nazi's, KKK, crazed Mormons, and snows 10 months a year.. The ones that know better are the ones smart enough to be there or on thier way already..

BTW Im with you!! I say we throw up a wall around the whole state once we get there..LOL.. To be honest, I think we may be doing more by posting here on CDF than that show will do. Might be time to start shutting our pie holes, or spread some new Urban Legends about Idaho..... Hey I heard Black water is moving there to build a private army and take over the US...LOL
Wall don't work, but if you go through with it, may I have a provision in place that allows for a special trap door for myself...?

Go with the rumors route. People seem to be terrified of Mormon's for some reason. I think it's time to start spreading rumors about Mormon extremist terrorism and the atrocities committed upon the gentle people of Oregon and Washington from their mountain strongholds in the Idaho backcountry.

You with me?

No? Well it was worth a shot! lol :P

I've never listened to that radio station, but frequent the City data forums.
Thanks for leaking the secret, I've been looking for a place to relocate.

Hi Trace,

I finally got to the range yesterday for the first time in a year. I shot four boxes 0f 9mm and now need to reload more. The skills are a tad rusty but they will come back. Now I need to shoot up 6 boxes of 45, so I can reload those too. Life is good here aint it.

Just move where there is no job base. Then there will be next to no growth which should be safe ;-)

There are rumors of a Mormon Mafia in Utah and there were real Mormon groups active in the LDS Church who were practicing satanic ritual abuse on children in the late 80's and early 90's in Utah. It is easy to research online and was talked about in newspapers so it isn't a tabboo topic. A lot of strange stuff goes on in the Beehive State.
An interesting point is that in early Idaho history, Mormons were not treated well, polygamy was very much looked down on and husbands herded up in SE Idaho and sent to prison in Boise for having multiple wives. Idaho was one of the most anti-Mormon states back in the day.
