It seems that the numbers of people in favor of completing the fence at our souothern border is growing rather rapidly so maybe the Judge needs to look at some truth and a bit less Holder. The count of American voters who prefer the completion of the fence has risen from 59% to 68% in the last 5 months.

I hope soon we will see some accountability from the policy
makers in DC as to why for them this is not an issue that
is of the most important to our National Security

I'll consider it an insult to mine and every Americans intelligence if they does not fly as fast as the Government
take over of Health Care & Finance

Maybe Judge Bolton Needs to Duck and Reconsider
Yes, judges should rule based on opinion polls not the law.

A judge's job isn't to do what is popular, but rather to uphold the constitution. What is so difficult to understand about this concept?

What about the part where is says the Federal government is required to protect our borders?

Whatever happened to "common defense and general welfare"? You know as in kicking out the invaders and restoring some civility to our borders.

Can you provide me with evidence and statistics that demonstrate how these so called "invaders" are a threat to our country? Have you ever lived near the border? I have.

A report issued by Maricopa County’s Attorney General Andrew Thomas in October 2008 reveals the extent of Arizona’s problem with crime committed by illegal immigrants.

In 2007, illegal immigrants accounted for:

10% of sex crimes convictions
11% of murders convictions
13% of stolen cars convictions
13% of aggravated assaults convictions
17% of those sentenced for violent crimes
19% of those sentenced for property crimes
20% of those sentenced for felony DUI.
21% of crimes committed with weapons
34% of those sentenced for the manufacture, sale or transport of drugs
36% of those sentenced for kidnapping
44% of forgeries
50% of those sentenced for crimes related to “chop shops”
85% of false ID convictions
96% of smuggling convictions

Illegal immigrants make up 19 percent of those convicted of crimes in Maricopa County and 21 percent of those in county jails.

Illegal immigrants make up an estimated 9 percent of the county’s population (2007).

It is estimated that each violent crime cost citizens $20,000, and each property crime cost citizens $4363 per offense.

Interesting stats. Too bad it's a reader comment with no backup or substantiation.

She was a wimp, (Judge Bolton) passed it on to be buried into a future larger decision. Truly cowardess.
