My state (Washington) will NEVER be on that list unless the government of this state changes RADICALLY - Seattle is after all a "sanctuary city" AND we issue valid DL to illegals - sigh

Probably the same reason NY isn't on the list. The people that DO have money, and contribute to campaign funds. It would be such a shame if they had to pay their landscapers more, or worse, do the yard work themselves !

My state's not on the list, but I'm moving again, so hopefully it's to a state that is.

Illinois is also looking to implement an AZ-style immigration law. I posted about that here a while back.

It'll be interesting to see if Obama sues his home state.

Good link! A quote from that link that I found interesting:
"They're criminals," Brown said. "This is based on a fundamental issue that has been ignored by the federal and state governments."

Rarely does someone admit that.

You can have our share (CA), we'll even pay for you to have them since you are one of those that thinks they are so valuable.

I wonder why States aren't fighting to keep them? Oh, that's right, they are a horrible burden on State budgets.

As someone who lives a rock throw from the border, I can only hope and dream that CA follows along soon. But, I somehow get the feeling it won't.....I think, if it doesn't, moving may be in order! I love my mountains, but they have been overrun...
