A large portion of illegal immigration is about drug trafficking. This is exactly how the cartels control the border and can easily and efficiently get tons of drugs over the border and into every city and town and rural area of every part of the USA.
Of course the cartels have their members living here, breeding here. Our government encourages it.

MANY. Listen to the lyrics of the narco-corridas, the popular music the illegals in the USA listen to, the anchor babies grow up with. Look how the anchor babies mourn narco-singer Elizalde, and they listen to Los Tigres del Norte - an extremely popular narco music band. They are programmed to admire the drug traffickers.
This stuff didn't just happen for no reason in Mexico. These kids didn't learn to admire their drug cartels and fancy themselves big impressive drug lords just on their own. The cartels knew very well what they were doing - and it should come as no surprise that popular music groups and singers are included in the narco-violence. They were and still are the promoters of all this.
