Arizona looks for donations, inmate labor to build its own fence to secure US-Mexico border (http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/arizona_looks_for_donations_inmate_labor_to_build_ its_own_fence_to_secure_us_mexico_border/2011/05/08/AFlXkgSG_story.html?wprss=rss_national - broken link)

I'd say they are taking security matters into their own hands.

I'm waiting for the federal government to sue Arizona and make them take down the website (for some reason to be determined later).

Apparently the border states are going to have to go it alone regarding illegal immigration. The federal government has refused to address the problem suffered by the border states, and files suit to keep the states in line.

Not a new problem,....several presidents have refused to address the lawbreakers streaming across the Mexico border. As a taxpayer, I'm tired of paying for illegals free ride.

And well they should since the feds aren't doing anything to protect Arizona. The Governor contacted our president about their porous border and he did nothing. I will be donating. Wish I lived in Arizona and were younger I'd be right there with my fellow patriots sealing up that border.

Actually, if the Supreme Court rules that AZ cannot do usurp responsibilities of the federal government, this will have to happen.

And I expect that Holder will file a lawsuit against the people of AZ. He has an impressive resume already:

- Investigate the CIA operatives that gave us information that led to the killing of bin Laden.

- Stop enforcing federal law on the definition of marriage before it is repealed/declared unconstitutional.

- Sue states to force them to put Obamacare into action, despite states suing over its constitutionality.

Fits the bill well.
