I-130 or I-601, who cares what "number" it is, the fact is they can get a waiver by marrying someone. Another back door entrance to the US.

Incorrect, an I-130 (which is also not specifically for marriages) has no reference to a "waiver", nor do most marriages of a foreign national to a U.S. citizen require one...

Those using an I-130 (whether it in combination with an I-601 or not) are explicitly defined as using the "front door entrance" to the United States...

If it is even an 'I' form at USCIS, it is legal immigration...

The unlawful presence waiver is not an easy thing to get. The process is expensive ($10k is what I'm shelling out) and the U.S. citizen must show reasons why the immigrant should be allowed to stay, instead of the U.S. citizen just moving to Mexico. Illegal immigrants can't just marry a citizen and get an easy pass into the country.
So far, I've had to get a psych eval to prove I'm undergoing extreme stress as a result of this situation. I've visited doctors to have them document medical conditions that could affect me in the next few years which would be hard to treat if I were in Mexico (there is a genetic illness which runs in my family and works in my favor here, but many people can't use this as a reason).
I have to show how my family would be harmed if I were to be forced to move to a foreign country with my husband (in my case my mother has cancer, but in many cases it's hard to prove hardship). I'm in the process of writing a lengthy plea to the government.
It's not a piece of cake.

It should not be easy. It would have been "easy" if he had gone through the process as intended, no? My statement still stands, it is a backdoor into the US.

It would be interesting to know how many illegal aliens have voted in the upcoming election. Of course, as always we won't hear it from the lame stream.
