Why even have federal laws anymore when the president can pick and choose which ones to enforce??

"The 10 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and deportation officers said Mr. Obama’s policies force them to choose between enforcing the law and being reprimanded by superiors, or listening to superiors and violating their own oaths of office and a 1996 law that requires them to put those who entered the country illegally into deportation proceedings.
Upping the ante, the agents are being represented by a high-profile lawyer, Kris W. Kobach, secretary of state in Kansas and the chief promoter of state immigration crackdowns such as Arizona’s tough law.
“ICE is at a point now where agents are being told to break federal law, they’re pretty much told that any illegal alien under age of 31 is going to be let go. You can imagine, these law enforcement officers are being put in a horrible position,” Mr. Kobach said."

Well what can they do ? They are being told to turn a blind eye and let these illegals stay in the country.

The only body that can stop this is Congress and they haven't gone near this with a 10 foot pole.

*Sniff* *Sniff*

I smell an Executive Order or two.

Federal Agents shall enforce the laws of Obamaland, where federal laws do not apply.

Congress shall not intefere with the laws of Obamaland.

Which brings to mind: why does he need like 20 pens to sign his name?????

Where does the GOP find these disgruntled nitwits? They managed to find some Navy SEAL's too.

What they do? Drag $100 bills through trailer parks until someone responds?

Lawsuit funded by the anti-immigrant group NumbersUsa( Founding leader is documented racist John Tanton). They are just wasting their money and time in court!!

Ms. Napolitano said she’s acting in accordance with Supreme Court rulings that have established a wide latitude for discretion by the executive branch, and said federal law directs the administration to establish immigration enforcement priorities.

I think you'd be disgruntled too, if your livelihood and pension were being held hostage to prevent you from enforcing the laws you swore to uphold. They already released without charges an illegal after he assaulted a federal agent. What do you think the punishment would be for a citizen who did the same? I guarantee it wouldn't be the red carpet treatment the illegal received.

Love how you twisted his words around. Real navy seals won't align themselves with republicans and make ads disrespecting their commander in chief. If you chose to involve yourself in politics, you open yourself up to be attacks period!

Hardly. You have no idea how much support those agents have received. Heads are going to roll, make no mistake. Law enforcement officers are hired to enforce the law, not ignore it. Heck, I know plenty of people who want to sign the petition, but can't. If they did, they might jeopardize their clearance. But, don't think people aren't fuming.
