If those illegal aliens SAY they're from Mexico; let Mexico deal with them.

[quote=Pruzhany;32604304]Why would they? They're protected by the same laws as a US citizen.

If set for deportation why would they want to lie and be sent to a country that isn't their homeland? Many if not most of them have family in their homelands.

And no, illegal aliens are not protected from the enforcement of our laws nor do they have the same rights as U.S. citizens.

Who needs to lie. All they need to do is not say what country they came from. We can't just ship someone off to another country without proof they are from that country. If they are not from Mexico then they will say they are not from Mexico because illegals are treated much more brutally there. As to the laws:

Then just lock them up. Illegal aliens have NO right to walk free. Australia does that; locks up any illegal caught.

And just what are the odds that they do that when questioned? I am sure it wouldn't be that hard to find out anyway. Not sure where you are going with this.

And which forum do you think this is? Thanks to Israels policy on illegals, they posted a 5.5% record low on unemployment.

Its hypocritical how American Jews are mostly liberals and Democrats, even though Israel is tough against both illegal immigration and terrorism, most liberal Jews in the US support illegal immigration and are against things like Guantanamo Bay and the Patriot Act. They support a security barrier on the West Bank border but do not support a similar barrier on the Mexican border. In fact in order for me to be convinced our southern border is secure in exchange for an Illegal Alien Dream Act, the Mexican border would have to look like the Israel-West Bank border or the Korean DMZ.

Agreed. Tho once living in Israel I'm guessing many "American" Jews change their views real fast since they actually have to step up and learn how to actually fight to the death.

You're mixing people with different perspectives which in this case is Jews. Jews of Israel would be considered conservative democrats who can really only be compared to Americans that live within 40 miles of the border with Mexico in regard to the barrier wall. And Israel has proven statical data that with the barrier in place, their crime rate drops dramatically. American Jews don't fit into one category. You have the ones who didn't have history connected to the holocaust and then you have the ones that did. Thus their POV will be different.

In order for the US to have a Israel style barrier wall, then the US needs to change its tax system. Israel runs on a balanced budget. Thus if something needs to be built, then their income taxes are increased accordingly. US citizens are not willing to put up the money to do so. Thus they end up with a Walmart supplied fence.
