A good lesson in life for them. Send them back to face the loan shark. Borrowing money to commit crimes is stupid. They deserve to face the consequences.
In this linked article below, they make an interesting comment about what happens to the illegal immigrants who are deported. Because they come all the way from Central America they have to pay smugglers up to $5000 to make it across the border. They don't have that type of money sitting around so they borrow the money from Loan Sharks with the understanding that they will pay off the loan a little bit at a time with their illegal income from earnings in America.
Now they are in serious trouble. They gave themselves up to border patrol, sat in an overcrowded holding facility for a few days, a US Judge deports them, and then they are flown back to their Central American home country without earning a dime in America. Now how are they going to pay off the $5000 loan? Is another loan shark going to lend them another $5000 to try again?
They and their families now are back in Central America, broke, dejected and now in debt more money that they can earn in Central America in years. Do you feel sorry for them?
These people made bad choices and now they are really going to pay! All of the child should b deported at the expense of the country of Origin. Subtract it from our numinous aid packages at the very least.

Absolutely not.
If they had borrowed and spent this money on birth control and bettering themselves in their own homelands they would be better off.
Make it as difficult from all angles I say and maybe they might think twice before engaging in illegal activities.
I feel sorry for some of them. I see these guys a bit differently than the "usual" illegals. Yes, they came illegally. However, they are only taking advantage of what they think is an opportunity to come, here and get permission to stay. They don't try to evade border patrol, they seek them out.
That doesn't mean that I think they should stay. This is what comes of not enforcing our laws, a president who goes around Congress when he can't get his agenda passed--chaos and suffering all the ways around.
