Obama only concern is the empowerment of Social Liberalism and the continuation of the power of the DNC. Obama Adminstration and the DNC platform, is crumbling at the foundation and his theories on government have been proven as failures.:think :

Its funny even with the millions that people have pumped in the DNC Tom Steyer, Gates and Soros it is still crumbling. It goes to show that no matter how much money one throws at a problem, it will not yield long positive results.

IS the administration breaking a law? If so, which law?

WH Press Secretary comments on the issue:

“The public does have a right to know what’s happening,” Earnest said on Wednesday.
“At the same time, there are privacy rights that are included in the law that this administration is committed to enforcing and following. So we’re going to abide by the privacy rights of particular individuals. …And we’re also going to do our best to communicate with the public precisely what this administration is doing.”

Folks aren't trying to find out the information related to "particular individuals". They're trying to find out where these illegals were transported to.

One other issue is that the the administration recently asked for a whole lot of money to deal with the illegals at the border. If Congress and the public has no idea where these illegals go and what is happening with them, how can Congress and the public have oversight of any moneys?

Communities need to know so that they can prepare for this flood of foreigners fiscally. Their schools, communities and other infrastructures will be impacted by it.
