I have always had the impression that illegals care less about laws like selling alcohol to underage people because whats going to happen to them? They can change who they are, they can flee back to the country they came from, they don't have to worry about a criminal record following them the rest of their lives AND in their own country, they probably don't have an understanding of our laws so think our way doesn't matter.
