"Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who's running for a Senate seat, thinks Arizona is under invasion and has the right to take defensive action."

"A clause in the constitution offers states the ability to engage in war without the consent of Congress if they're "actually invaded."

So, looks like they may be able to make a case against the Boo-Boo Biden's insanity.

So, both TX and AZ realize they are not going to get any support from the current "administration", and are stepping up to protect their citizens. If only CA would do the same.

What is so bad, when they clamp down on illegals, they run to places like KS, as I have seen that in the past. KS is illegal alien friendly, a growing welfare state for sure!

We lived in AZ for 6 years during the 1990s, and the illegals suck the government dry there, the schools and the safety nets in social services meant for citizens. They overwhelm the charities. Their neighbors are extremely dangerous also, and one has to know where to avoid to stay clear of the locations that they inhabit. Crime is extremely high in their neighborhoods. I knew legal citizens of Hispanic origin, and they had no use for the presence of the illegal aliens either.

I wish AZ and TX the best of luck in protecting their borders from this invasion of crime and poverty.

Since the Feds are failing us at the Border the states should step up but then again what good will it do if other states like CA. keeps their back door open?

It really is crazy to think how the Dems secured DC with troops and barricades in the wake of the January 6th "insurrection" and how much Biden cares about the Ukrainian Border but he does not give a toss for the invasion happening at our Southern Border. It is INSANE.
