This policy has already been in place so Biden isn't implementing anything new he is just trying to save his arse from the crisis on our border that he created in the first place. Mexicans will still be allowed to claim asylum and will probably be allowed into our country unabated until their cases can be verified which can take years if they even show up for their court dates.

Did you ever wonder how easy or difficult it is for a Guatemalan to obtain a fake birth certificate from Mexico. Cities and towns in Mexico can provide them.
Considering how easy it is for illegals to get fake papers here, in Mexico it’s a breeze.

Karen Musalo, director of the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, said the Biden proposal ignored dangerous conditions and limited asylum capacity in transit countries where migrants would be expected to seek protection.
Do we really care if Mexico has reached its asylum limits? It is crazy that someone can "flee" persecution in say Guatemala and march 1000 miles through several countries to end up at our border with their hands out ready to take advantage of our Gullible Generosity. Why can't Mexico patrol their own Southern border to prevent people from crossing over?
I say make them wait just like LEGAL Immigrants to America do. Why should we be enabling the law breaking that is happening to the tune of 10,000 Illegals per day?

I mean, if we’re talking greed, no one gets over on this country without the powers that be, getting something back in multiples.
Mexico is a high middle income country that happens to share a language with a lot of these supposed asylum seekers. There’s Costa Rica, Panama and Columbia as well.
I can think of only one country that poses some real concern; Haiti. The DR is saturated with them and they are truly a fast growing, lawless renegade state at our doorstep.

As long as Republicans stop the extreme right wing leakage, they win, hands down. The second, they start attacking women and/or blaming, disparaging other large groups that are legal Americans etc., they loose. This might be their last chance, as loosing 2024, America will forever be California 2.0.

The above has nothing to do with illegal immigration. If anyone thinks that those issues are more important than stopping the illegal invasion of our country then they have issues.
Attacking women? What does that even mean? Disparaging large groups? Who are they? The so-called extreme right pales in comparison to sensible, law abiding conservatives.
I could guess some, but was still interested in responses. I was kind of surprised that Biden would want o do this, but I forgot 2024 was coming.
