Excellent post. Sorry I couldn't rep you. I see them every single day in downtown Chicago. Those I see appear to be anywhere from the age of 14 to 40, many of which more likely than not are illegal aliens. I have never, ever seen any of them with less than 3 children and one in the oven. Not a word of English is ever spoken while they are happily chatting and excited in their quest to locate the welfare office.
Do you think anyone who looks remotely hispanic is illegal?
I said pushing 1 in 10. I think the website you cited has a low estimate, considering that Bear-Stearns 2006 estimate was over 20 million. I believe the number IS somewhere around 30 million, yes.

Could you and I be sisters? Great minds must think alike! I have also tried to rep you...but I have to pass some more reps around, the site says. So here they come like candy...to those who make VALID and FACTUAL debates/statements!
I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. Again, this is coming from someone who is actually OF mexican descent, so it comes with NO bias. They DO breed like rats. Maybe not the americanized ones. BUT THEY DO. The stories I could tell you.
And yes, a TON of them come here to abuse the system and continually spew out children to keep reaping the benefits. Do other legal citizens do this as well? Yes. Does it make it right? NO.
But there are stereotypes for a reason. If asian women were doing the same thing I'm sure people would be categorizing about them...funny thing is..I've never heard them doing that..so you have to realize something correlates there.
Again, my mother is mexican...but she is hardworking and none of my family has ever been on the welfare system..and no one has more kids than they can afford...most have two or less. Don't you ever ask yourself when you see two FOBs with their 6 children...how they support themselves? Does anyone do that except for me?
I always find it hard to believe that the husband can be working an undertable job (putting other citizens out of work b/c he will work for $5/hr and send it back to his *****ty country) and the wife is at home with like 3-4 kids and a 7 month bowling ball belly..when I , 23 w/ no children, work at a good company with a little bit above average pay..and could never imagine being able to support more than 2 children in my lifetime. So how are they affording it? I hate to make you extreme liberals answer that.
That might be the case in your family but that isn't in mine. The people with the most kids in my family live in Mexico. The most is 3 for us, that is why I don't go on generalizations that all Mexicans breed like rats. But I can tell you that the older generations did have lots and lots of children. I believe the average was about 7 kids back in the 60's.

Why do you live in Corona (in Queens, for all of you not from NYC)? You'd probably be happier in a neighborhood with less "illegals" and more people who spoke English. You should move to Astoria or Jackson Heights. For the record, I see a lot of mestiza/india-looking (presumably Mexican or Central American) women around where I live and they usually have only one or two children with them.
No one is saying its on the taxpayers dime. I know it might be startling news to realize that most Hispanics here are legal but just because articles won't mention "illegals" doesn't mean they are necessarily referring to them. Or have we mixed immigrants in the same boat as illegal immigrants?
I quoted the words immigrants for sarcasm. We all know they routinely use “immigrants” as a euphemism. It’s similar to the word "undocumented."
