As for those who procreate without any sense of responsibility? Be it ignorance, irresponsibility, lack of self control, or just plain stupid, to this day I remain stumped as to why they do it. Oh wait, if they are squatting in the US illegally, it's about collecting welfare, foodstamps, section 8, chain migration and anchorage.
What I'm interested in is other Countries out of control birthing rates. Mexico, Africa and the rest. That is where this mess starts.
Some are catholic and refuse to take birth control. The rest are sexually deviant with zero self respect or control. Nonetheless, none of the aforementioned justifies hunger, poverty and massive irresponsible breeding.

Even other species of animals curb their reproduction to avoid famine and disease. So much for being the smartest animals.
