"175 Santa Rosa, Ca., workers lose jobs in immigration audit"

Workers at NeilMed Pharmaceuticals are without jobs following a probe last week into their legal status by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, (ICE). The action purged 70 percent of the workforce. NeilMed said, “Nobody was forced to resign,”, “These people lost their jobs, but they didn’t have a right to work here.” Many Social Security numbers, work permits and other forms of identification were fraudulent,”. The illegal alien workers workers have met with an attorney and considering legal action.

In my opinion, these illlegal aliens lost their jobs because they didn’t have a right to work in the U.S. Their SSN, work permits and document were fake, most of the workers resigned voluntarily. The company said, if they produced valid documents they could keep their jobs, but none could produce legal documents.

Since then, the company has hired 100 new employees, the pay is $8 - $13 starting, There were 500 people that showed up for the new jobs. Now, the illegal aliens have hired an attorney to pusue the pharmaceutical company. The illegal aliens workers claim their rights may have been violated and that they were forced to sign resignation papers, and all worker were Latinos. The illegals say, the Co. warned them their documents would be turned over to ICE. The attorneys says, “That’s meant to engender fear,” and “They were forced to sign these papers under duress” and may file action. The attorney also said, they're looking into a violation of Calif. notice, wage and hour laws.

Would some one please explain to all of us what rights are they talking about , what kind of a case does this attorney think he has . just round up the son * ******s give them a free bus ride back home and thats the end . did any of them fight in a war to defend the Country they say they have a right to be in . If their papers are not correct we need to stop spending "OUR" tax money to support them , and defend their foolish actions that our Judges with the same mental abality are allowing these suits to be heard! Issan't it criminal to have fraudulant government documents ??? to start with .

Rudy Balderama, a Los Angeles attorney representing an immigrant rights group, said he’s investigating whether any of their rights were violated.

“All the workers affected are Latinos,”
he said. “They were forced to sign these resignation papers.”

The company may have violated California’s notice, wage and hour laws, Balderama said
It’s ok for them to violate our laws by being here illegally, using a fake/stolen SSN, driving without a license, etc.; but heaven forbid they have their “rights” violated.

I think this topic to bring suit against Americans has been advanced by, greedy lawyers, the illegal alien supporters and organizations and Latino-Elected Officials. They're going to take over, if we don't do something about it! I believe no illegal alien should be able to sue any American or American company. One article I recently read an illegal threatened suit on the arresting office because he arrested him in Church. The illegal had been deport 3 times and had a rap sheet. When will this maddness end?

I’m sure La Raza and the ACLU are ‘manufacturing’ those rights at this very moment.
