The case for Legals is simple and straight-forward. Hardly a few disagree with that.
And yet Politicians who want to serve the illegals lay preconditions to include illegals whenever anything benefiting the legals is brought up
Is this generally right or is there another side of the story?
I had never heard that story..however, there are a large number of people, many of them in VERY high places, who are 'bending over backward', using any means available, and 'lobbying hard' to erase the distinction between "immigrants", and "illegal aliens"...(among which tactics is to simply refer to ALL foreign-born people 'immigrants'). I wouldn't be surprised if some sleazy politician tried such a technique. Politicians are good at 'holding things hostage' in order to force votes in favor of some 'pet project'. It's the way politics works.
