This is the truth. It's impossible to get permission into the US 8/10 times.
We have annual immigration quotas and for good reasons. Once they are filled (and they are every year) we can't allow any more in. Hispanics hold among the highest quotas for legal immigration. The problem is that there are more immigrants that want to come here than we can accomodate so if they don't fit our needs and our quotas are full then that's just too bad and that doesn't give them the right to come anyway. Perhaps they should look to another country to take them in then. We aren't the only country that has a legal immigration policy.

We admit more LEGAL immigrants than ALL other countries combined. So, how is it virtually impossible for foreigners to immigrate legally?
Clearly, if they were a benefit to our country, they would not encounter a problem. I know LOTS of legal immigrants, and none entered illegally. Perhaps they should try another country.
I am no expert on this and neither are you. There are qualified people who study our needs and what makes sense for our country. That is how they arrive at what our annual quotas/visas should be. Just the fact that we have over 300 million in this country today and there are shortages of jobs, resources, etc. makes me tend to believe that we don't need to raise our quotas. In fact maybe they should be lowered until we stabilize our population growth which incidently can be attributed mostly due to illegal immigration.
Quotas or not - they don't qualify for legal immigration - so they come illegally. Illegals in any country tend to be from the lower classes with nothing to lose.

what you really mean is that they don't understand the word "NO" or the laws apply to them, right?
