How many march against immigration? Or against illegal immigrants?
There wasn't a law signed making ILLEGAL immigration legal, so why would people need to march against it? Please don't confuse immigration with illegal immigration.
It was said that there were more than 80 marches total across the country, protesting against racial profiling in AZ.

The author of the article needs to understand the definition of an illegal act. When you commit an illegal act, you have in fact committed a crime.
No one takes these marches seriously, especially politicians. Some folks aren’t so lucky. Take Mexican immigrants, for example. Or even U.S.-born Mexican-Americans. They’re continually suspected of having divided loyalties or being disloyal to the United States. To prove their allegiance and put others at ease, they’re told to ignore their heritage, abandon their culture, forget their language, and become just like everyone else.
That is a bad thing how? Either assimilate as Americans or leave. It is as simple as that. Note I am NOT referring to those aspects of their culture that do NOT conflict with ours but when there is a discrepancy between the two-----------American culture needs to dominate.
As for the Confederate thing; despite my having at least one direct male ancestor involved in the Civil War (probably on the Southern side), I do not take it very seriously outside of a historical context. Besides: Johnny Reb was a part of American history---------NOT Pancho Villa (except for his attack on Columbus NM)

It does not appear to me that this march was any bigger than any other march.
Don't forget that the illegals and the leftists march every May 1 because it's the Communist Labor Day where socialist workers throughout the world march.
For this reason May 1 is a holiday in Mexico. They are simply keeping one of their own holiday traditions. Back home in Mexico there were also many marches - and they weren't marching over Arizona laws at all.
You can find all kinds of similar May 1 marches going on. So trying to claim the one in Los Angeles was only about some law they don't like in Arizona is preposterous. These people celebrate this day because they neither know or care when Americans celebrate Labor Day.

The question that should be asked is how many will vote AGAINST it.Ever wonder why the amnesty minded Politicians will not let the people truly speak? Since this is an issue that affects the entire Country,Amnesty and Anchor Baby legislation should be put to a vote.It's supporters would easily LOSE that is why they're are not going this route.
Instead they're trying to force this issue through sell out Politicians like Mc Cain,Bush Jr.,Reid,Graham,Schumer and Obama.The reality is if it was voted on by the people they would LOSE.
They can have another march this Cinco de Mayo it still will not change their Illegal Status.These marches have lost their effectiveness just like the Race Card and claims of Racism.It's been WAY overused. So keep at it have a march every other day and even the marchers will get burned out like the rest of the Country.
As we saw with the last immgation bill containing amnesty there are many more that are againist it that are citizens. In fact IMO since then its only grown in numbers.IMO I thnik this is just like if anerican citizen went tot eh obrder ;acroosed it illegally and marched in protest of the mexican governments laws and policies.I doubt they wouold talerate behavour anyhting like this coutnry does.
