I am curious to find out if anyone knows of some online job postings websites that people actually use in Central Illinois? I know there are many out there, but that doesn't mean very many people actually use the majority of them.

This is a fairly new one, but has some active listings: Quincy Illinois Employment Listings | RealtyQuincy

It looks like it covers just the quincy area and not the entire central Illinois area. Plus if it is fairly new, then it would mean there isnt a lot of people who is it.

My feeling is that you aren't going to find many comprehensive job listing sites for the whole of central Illinois because it is too large, and the cities are too loosely agglomerated. The only couple of websites I could think of where you can search for individual metros of central Illinois for job postings is Craigslist, or perhaps LinkedIn.

I've used Indeed.com, or just gone to the actual page of the place(s) I was looking at such as OSF, Caterpillar, Bradley University...etc. Most places have employment opportunities on their own websites. Good luck!

I am not, nor will I be looking for work. I am actually looking to hire some people, and have so far spent thousands on advertising on websites and newspapers, so I am trying to regroup and find the best possible place to advertise for an opening.

Manpower covers central Illinois from border to border. B-N, C-U, Danville, Decatur, Peoria, Quincy, Springfield, etc.
I know nothing about this company except it's nationwide. Friends found jobs through them and were satisfied.

Manpower is a temp agency, and yes some people get temp to permanent. Honestly, I wouldn't personally use any temp agency, I would rather hire someone on directly. For techs, I couldnt spend a long time training them, and it not be permanent. As for the main position I am looking to fill, is a sales position, and definitely wouldnt want to hire a temp worker for that.
