With 64 vendors, this is the best farmer's market in the area. Only Indiana grown produce and agricultural products, no out-of-state products allowed. Also there are no crafts or flea market booths.

The market is located next to the Monon Trail and there is free parking available in the city parking garage. Hours are 8:00 am to 11:30 am.

Is this how desperate people in Carmel are to pound their chest about how great their town is? I mean............its a farmer's market. They have them all over the area and having the most vendors show up doesn't automatically make you the best at something.

I clearly put the word "Carmel" in the title so that it was directed to those in the Carmel area who might be interested in the farmer's market.

This board doesn't have a Carmel forum so the only place to post Carmel threads is in this forum. If you don't want to read about activities and events in Carmel, don't click on threads that have Carmel in the title.

Oh sorry, didn't realize Carmel was a secret society.

Not a secret society but most likely a Carmel farmer's market won't be of interest to members who are in other areas. If sometime posted a thread with Greenwood or Mars Hill in the title I wouldn't read it unless I was in or near Greenwood or Mars Hill.

That is why it is recommended that we use descriptive thread titles, so that it is easy to find threads of interest.
