I knew about the 3% state income tax but did not know about the extra 1% in Hamilton so thank you for that. It hurts but still miles away from NY and nothing is worth staying in Florida with children in my opinion.
Wow … just re-reading.

Nobody here said they didn't like diversity. Diversity and American heritage go hand in hand, in places like Florida with millions of illegals, it is no longer diversity it is a swift kick in the rear.

Do you like the American heritage?

you sound so ridiculous … sorry, but you are coming off as very strange. You sound like you need to live out on the back 9 in a secluded area.

I will say this again … you will not be happy in Noblesville. There are illegals everywhere. If you don't want illegals, move to Carmel, Fishers or Zionsville.

I like how you removed your mask … it's not about assimilation, it's about illegals.

Nice. American heritage … you mean like the ultra conservative foundation? No thanks.

Thank you. If you call ultra conservative foundation family(wanting safe and good schools for the children), working for a living, loving the country that provides a great life, obeying the law of the land and enjoying, than yes, the conservative foundation sounds about right.

Even the few liberal friends I have don't think I should be in the back 9 but I appreciate the opinion. My wife actually got a good laugh as well.

take care

Old thread, but I totally understand and agree with zinctwentyone. Wondering if you ever moved to the area? I've been looking in the same areas and this thread confirmed that Noblesville is off our list.

You need to go out and see the community yourself. Not believe all the Bull**** you read on the Internet.
Oh and that poster hasn't been active since 2014........
Not based on one thread. I've been researching Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield and Sheridan. I've read several complaints about crime in Noblesville and the crime indicator on Trulia lights up like a Christmas tree. This thread only confirmed my suspicions. Does Noblesville not have an Illegal alien/crime problem?

None of which I'm aware, and I've lived a stone's throw from Noblesville for 12 years.

I live on the border of Fishers and Noblesville, spent a lot of time in Noblesville, know people that live in Noblesville, and it is a place along with Fishers that we will be looking for our next house. I've never heard of any crime or illegal alien problem in Noblesville.

Not that I'm aware of...I always thought Noblesville was very safe. I have several friends who grew up there and they make it out to be Mayberry with a concert venue. It's actually the only suburb my wife and I have ever strongly considered. And also, why settle for flamadiddle when pataflafla was right there for the taking? 2 flams > 1

Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see myself proved wrong in this case. Growing up on the South Side and then the South burbs of Chicago has made me a bit paranoid and hypersensitive to any negative indicators. I've watched really nice areas turn into complete ch!tholes, which has been frustrating and heartbreaking.
