Again, I really appreciate everybody's feedback. I decided to stick to the burbs for now. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to visit (The job wants me to start sooner than later) and really liked some of the stuff I saw in the Carmel area the day when I came down, even though it's pretty cookie cutter, it's still really nice. I figured I could play the safe card for now and live it up in the burbs for a year (Pretty much my life right now anyway) and learn the city and see where I am in a year. Thanks again everyone.
