...looking at potentially Broad Ripple, Meridian-Kessler and similar upscale, older neighborhoods to the North of downtown. For search on Realtor.com, what are the zip codes I'll want to plug in? Office will be on West Ohio Street downtown, and I'd like a manageable commute.

Also, what are the private, non denominational high schools located in that general area?

Thanks!

Default Sorry, please add...

Williams Creek and Park Tudor zip codes for our home search, based on what I read in another recent thread. Our price range is $350-$450k; and we are not rehabbers -- we want a home that has already been done or preferably just well maintained. Yard size not important but 4 bedrooms are.

Thanks!

There are only 2 nondenominational high schools in Indianapolis that I know about. Park Tudor will run you about $17,000/year and the International School of Indiana will run about $13,000.

Having worked in a denominational high school previously, I can tell you many have children of all faiths or nonfaiths. If nearly a year's college tuition at an instate college is a bit more than you want to spend, it would definitely be worth looking at.

I have friends with 2 kids at Park Tudor. It's probably the closest to an east coast style prep school you'll find. There are also 2 nondemonational elementary schools called Sycamore and Orchard Schools located on the north side as well.

Best of luck

It's 46204 ... you may also want to check Meridian Hills, not sure of that zip, but it's next to Williams Creek.

Default So...

...it's 46204 for Broad Ripple, too? Or is that just MK?

Thanks!
