In my own percentile zone. I don't need to put myself in a category others set in the first place.

Just do what you have to do in life and move on with your life.

We all die in the end. So, let say you are the richest guy in the world, number 1, and you have more than what you can spend, so what, when you die, you are not going to take those assets with you to your grave.

64.8%. Age 62.
Years in the military, having kids and getting them through college, wife was stay-at-home mom for years and now works PT for minimum wage, and I never made more than 62k a year (at my peak). Was hard if not impossible to save or invest much for many years. But my conscience is clear, in that I've done my best. Kids are in a good place and my wife and I don't need much. As long as that continues, I'm content.

seems to me i just would have skipped this thread if i had no interest .

not sure of the value in these things anyway as location makes a big difference in what that amount would represent or how easy it is to hit those levels . big difference between atlanta and nyc . we may as well compare rents against a national average. it would mean as much .

Note that the calculator is assuming you've included net present value of any pensions. Not sure if they are expecting one to use NPV of SS income or not. For many people that NPV could exceed all other assets.
