Anyone knows any seminar I could attend that is cheap - less than $100.
I want to know about stocks, bonds, treasury bills, etc..

If you are looking for some basic fundamentals on investing, I suggest Investopedia.com. They have lots of tutorials that are free.

For that you can buy a whole bunch of books and get far better value.

There is nothing like experience books could teach you theories,formulas,historical perspectives,etc ,etc but more important is the emotional side Two weeks ago I bought 100k of XOMA @ .40 now thats balls kid I'm all in!
