Default Wi-Fi hotspots (free)?? Dubuque
Looking for some free local wifi hotspots. Can some of the Dubuque residents chime in and let me know where I can find them. Ideally the ones that will be open past 9:00pm.

As I understand it, pretty much the whole downtown is free Wi-Fi.
