Muslims commit 91% of the honor killings worldwide.
Next are from India.

And no, muslims are inspired by the religion..

The culture is inspired by the religion.

The religion holds the people prisoner
Has there ever been a mass rebellion by Muslims to leave Islam? It seems if people felt they were held prisoner they would attempt to over though the Government. In rencent years we have seen Muslims overthrow or attempt to overthrow their governments (Libya, Egypt, Pakistan, Iraq) but they never left Islam.

I alsonotice that Muslims who "Escape" from Islamic nations and Migrate to western nations mearly always remain Muslims. Even if they move to regions with negligible Muslim populations and live within non-Muslim communities. It does not appear, fear of being killed, is is the factor keeping them Muslim

Are there any Islamic Nations that hold the residents captive and keep them for emigrating to non-Islamic Nations?

Religion is a hard thing to remove from a persons life, especially when it is all they have known
When a muslim leaves the religion, he isolates himself from his friends and family, and if it is a she, runs the chance of being killed.
Also it is somewhat chic, or rebellious to be a muslim here, as opposed to the mid east.
Here you will not get killed if you violate the religion like going out and geting drunk, though they are doing that in England.

Yes, a lot of muslims do leave islam here in the states.

Most of the muslims I know, are X-muslims, some found other religions, some just walked away, and I am speaking of quite a few.

And you will not get a mass rebellion, because it is shut down as fast as it happens, under penalty of death.

We also have stupidity of age.

So did Allah create those that don't obey him for the purposes of destroying them from the Beginning? After all it is Allah that gives life, correct? Does He give Life in vain?

Muamar Qhadaffi will be pleased to hear that,

Assad in Syria should be pleased to know the Rebel forces never would have overthrown him although now both have to fight ISIS.

The rebels probably would have succeeded if we had not sided with Assad, Now we all have ISIS to contend with.

Muslim higharcy is the clerics, Imans, the mullahs, the power in the villages.

These people carry the power of muhammed, given to them by Muhammed and allah, another convienent rule set up by the rulers 300 years later.

there is a good example, a video, when Khomeni rapes a 4 year old, and a visiting Sunni leader was appalled, but could say nothing, because Khomeni outranked him.

About so-called apostasy, why should anyone care if someone rejects their religion or not? If god is so great why should he care if some human being believes in him or otherwise? It sounds very much like the ego of some all too vain and fallible human.
On another note - Woodrow, in your defense of Islam, you constantly defend its apparent faults with a reference to otherness - it's not real Muslims, the Shia might do that, it's Pakistanis who perform honor killings etc. I'd say - to an outside observer (perhaps less partial), it's clear that the common factor of Islam as a constant plays some part in any cited negatives.

Would a Baptist have any say over Catholicism in the Vatican?

Would Kim Jong have a a ruling over American Democracy in Washingtom DC?

It is not a question of Islamic Rank. The Ayatollah is the Supreme Ruler of Iran

There is no Rank in Islam. But some Nations have rulers and those rulers have full secular power in accordance with their Nations.

Your examples hardly apply in this case, we are not speaking of religious belief;s. we are speaking of criminal activity, and yes a Baptist would have power over a Catholic.
