I'm moving to Jax next week - are there any alternatives to Comcast for cable and internet access? Other than dish network, etc?

Comcast has the worst customer service ever! Avoid it at all cost.

I hate Comcast. I'm coming from Tallahassee, where its the only option. Weekly internet outtages are normal, and I've been through at least 6 DVR boxes in the past 2 years.

We're moving to the Southside, Baymeadows and 9A.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Easier said than done when they're a monopoly.

Baymeadows & 9A is fairly recent construction so your cables should be underground - that makes a huge difference in service (very few problems when your cables are underground).
