Construction has not stopped. Several home builders are actively selling in various neighborhoods within the community. I know of Lennar, Taylor Morrison and David Weekley for sure...there are probably others as well.

Nocatee is moving along quite well. The first phase of the waterpark will be completed by early 2010 and Publix will soon be open in the Town Center. One of the few developments where infrastructure construction still moving strong.

Default Nocatee Development

Nocatee is doing quite well, and we are looking forward to fall activities. I live in Coastal Oaks by Toll Brothers and the neighborhood is defini
tely taking shape. This summer the pool and amenity center opened and is wonderful.

Publix Shopping Center will be opening soon as well. There are many family oriented activities in Coastal Oaks and Nocatee. The Fall Festival is this weekend, and will great. Toll Brothers has stepped up on this uncertain market and delivered on what they promised years ago when the development began.

We have lived there for a year and a half, and are very happy.

we looked serioulsy at Nocatee and were making an offer but the builder(lennar) wasn't willing to nego at all so we walked we are building a bigger (much bigger) home for less in Durbin Crossing very nice house with upgrades galore ( way more than the lennar "everythings included" thing) great amenities.. amazing lot with big backyard, feel we made the best choice for us.
