Agreed!

Great pix, FSU!

And this is part of our butterfly/humingbird garden:

Doesn't look like this now - but it will by late June. Also - forgot about pentas. Great summer flowers for hummingbirds and butterflies. Robyn

This thread has been helpful. Thank you

I'm interested in the Riverside, Avondale and Springfield areas of Jacksonville.

250k budget. A interesting neighborhood is a must.

I'm moving up from St. Augustine btw.

Any other information about those areas would be helpful Thanks.

Visit www.myspringfield.org, it's a website just for that neighborhood.

As for Riverside & Avondale, www.riverside-avondale.com is a good start.

Or, just search for " Riverside Avondale Springfield" in City Date and you'll find alot of info. Warning - many of the indivudal posts are not accurate, but with a little effort you can easily figure out what's what.

www.metrojacksonville.com is a good resource too, though certain people on thier have thier own unqiue agenda (so take things with a grain of salt.....which is good advice for anything you read on an internet forum!)

FWIW - I've been on perhaps a half dozen RAP tours - and think that $15/head is excessive. Especially when real estate brokers will show you houses for free . Robyn
