being a runner isn't a career. people with college degrees are MORE likely to bail these types of jobs as soon as they find something better, NOT the other way around. it's the uneducated unskilled types who will try to keep these low wage jobs because it's all they can do. the law firm guy is an idiot.

Employers in this job market are perfectly content with their high turnover given the glut of unemployed workers they can replace their current employees with.
