Yesterday I had a 2.5-hr on-site interview which was entirely technical. It was one of the classic programming interviews where you're in the conference room and different software developers take turns coming in to ask you questions like "Write an algorithm that takes a number and returns the next highest number with the same digits [e.g. 83941-->84319]" and "What are the 4 different access modifiers in Java?" I must've done alright since, by the time I got home, they had already sent me an email inviting me in for a 2nd interview next week. My question is, What is there to talk about in the 2nd interview? They should've already got a feel for me.
"describe a time when you had to overcome a conflict and what you did to be successful in said conflict"
etc.
