Thank you, MPowering. Really, really hoping for a Hanukah miracle tomorrow/Thursday! But you really think I will get an offer? I mean, I've come this far and had five very, very good references.

I don't like giving definitive answers because we've seen cases where people have gone through all of the stages you have, and then never heard anything again. But those instances are rare and if I had to bet, I'd bet that you will get favorable news. Companies usually only check references on the person they plan on making an offer to.
So I don't know, but it looks really good and fingers crossed.

I know I did well in each interview and in my edit test, and my five references were all glowing and from very important people (one, again, whom he has worked with).
Just, the silence and waiting is killing me!
