This kind of my first official interview because I've been playing sports my entire college career, so I never had any spare time to pick up a job to gain any in-field experience. I had my phone interview with the employer today and he wanted me to come in for a second interview, I was wondering what I should expect?
Probably a few questions to find out whether you are a good fit for the jobs or not. The specific questions depend on the type of job though. If the employer wants to talk to you after the phone interview it's a good sign.
Just be cool, no worries. Maybe to prepare yourself, try to come up with what you have experience with and what kind of skills you've gained in the past. Doesn't have to be work experience. In playing sports, you probably learned how to work with a team. That's also a good skill to have.
Congrats on being offered a second interview! That's a pretty big accomplishment.
I would definitely research the company (usually easier to do for larger companies, but still try). If you sound knowledgeable about the company, employers will definitely like that. Since you have no prior work experience, when asked behavioral questions, I would answer those questions with examples from your sports team life. It shows involvement, and extra curricular activities. Both are good attributes to have.
Good luck!
