It would be driving a truck.

Over the road, brand new tractors, state of the art cabins, plasma TV's, refridgerators the works.

At least $35,000 a year but could be up to $42,000. Health coverage and 401k.

Now.....does it matter where its at? Does it matter youre not home but on the road most of the time?

How bad do you need a job?

If you can turn it away, you dont need a job that badly.

Ive been on the road for the past 8 weeks and havent seen my 2 year old daughter since while I open another location. I sacrafice so that she can have a great life.....it will pay off in the end.

The point is, I can get anyone that needs work a good paying quality job with good benefits.

I got money on it says no one takes me up on it.....to easy to sit home and collect unemployment.

If you don't mind a little constructive criticism (and even if you do )

This is how an ambitious go-getter would have responded:

"I don't have a CDL ... can I train for that on the job?"

or

"I don't have a CDL ... but I learn fast!"

or even just

"I'm interested! Is a CDL required?"

You don't have to "give up your life", you just have to adjust your attitude and be willing to work hard. These traits are common among the most successful people.

This is not trolling. You are being done a kindness here.

You have two people, both older, wiser, and successful in careers offering you advice and perspective.

You would be wise to drop the stubborn attitude and consider it.

You don't need a CDL.

That's what I do, get people CDL trained and placed in careers with national trucking companies.

I wouldn't have offered it without mentioning that requirement if I couldn't resolve that issue for you.

And what do you do Samantha that is so successful?

Choppy thanks for the opportunity and I wish you the best and really hope you can get more success down the road AND see your family more soon. We may not agree on everything but I can tell you are hard working, loyal, and really are a go getter. I can only appreciate that even if we do not agree on everything. I have other ventures I am working on and that are bound to grow in the future, but if they fail, and I need a big time change, Im keeping you in mind and will message you. Its always good to have options in life

Funny though, I noticed the op hasn't asked for my help.

People tend to be like running water, they will take the path of least resistance......even if it means running off a cliff.

Are you a "recruiter", then? Seems to be a few of them on this site lately; I guess they're tired of getting flagged on Craigslist.

I've heard a lot lately about truck driving job scams...not that you're a part of that, though you could be. Hopefully people will use caution and common sense if they contact you through this site.

There are things like this out there:

The Company Paid Truck Driving Training School Scam | Rip-off Report: 285644

There is also another site where you fill out an "online application" for truck driving, and they request your DL number and your social security number. It's an identity theft scam.

Hopefully you aren't affiliated with anything like this, choppy.
