I would say thats about average for a city the size of Wichita, it could be worse, look at Birmingham or Little Rock or Jackson, these cities are half the size and have double the murder count.

according to the GCPD, there are 7-10 gangs in Garden, with many, many more sets in each gang. I would say that is alot for a city our size
