Hi Guys...my wife and I are moving to Ky because of job transfer for her. I am a licensed Land Surveyor in Maryland.... I have read the instructions for transfer of my license and I dont really see a problem with the process.. however I did note that I will be required to take a two hour test with question specific to Kentucky .note really a problem.... BUT...Ive never worked in KY and probably wont until things pick up again (hang in there, they always do) Is there a booklet or information that I can purchase to study prior to taking the test???? or could you point me in the right direction to find the info..???.. thank you for your help and time

You might find something useful at one of these:

KAPS1.com: Kentucky Association of Professional Surveyors (http://208.106.136.145/ - broken link)

Kentucky: Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors - Home

Land Surveyor Reference Page - Kentucky

Kentucky: Secretary of State - Welcome

Good luck! It seems to me that there is a shortage of surveyors around here and that they can charge good fees, but that's just a feeling.
