I am 31 and married with 3 children. I am going to be moving to Kentucky in July of 2010. My husband will be working in Sellersburg, IN, and we want to have a commute time of 35 minutes or less. I have been looking at Bullitt county as it seems that Jefferson county has a high crime rate. I would like to live in a smaller town 6000 population or lower, and somewhere that has good schools, and a safe enviornment. I prefer a small "home like" town. If anyone could give me any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

I am 31 and married with 3 children. I am going to be moving to Kentucky in July of 2010. My husband will be working in Sellersburg, IN, and we want to have a commute time of 35 minutes or less. I have been looking at Bullitt county as it seems that Jefferson county has a high crime rate. I would like to live in a smaller town 6000 population or lower, and somewhere that has good schools, and a safe enviornment. I prefer a small "home like" town. If anyone could give me any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
