Windover Apartment Homes are nice - on busline that takes you directly to UT. I have lived in them off and on and when working at UT at one time it was a quick trip. Walking distance to shopping, West Town Mall, restaurants, grocery. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Price is right and the apartment rating is good. Management is really attentive.
