Hi,

When visiting LC last summer we had a good look around and decided that Sonoma Ranch was the ideal place for us to build. Since returning to the UK we have become aware of The Pueblos at Alameda Ranch. Anyone have any comments/ knowledge of this place +'s -'s ?

Any comments gratefully received.

Seb

Sonoma Ranch and Pueblos at Alameda Ranch are in the same area. It's hard to tell where one development ends and the other begins. In my opinion they are interchangeable.

Agreed. I was under the impression that the Pueblos were just a subset of homes contained entirely within Sonoma Ranch.

As for positives versus negatives, the positives are the area is rather new, clean, and there are covenants, if that is important to you. The negatives are the usual: "vanillamerica". There is a sameness to this neighborhood. If safety and access to better rated schools are a priority, then you want to move here. If you want something with a little more architectural character, you'd best move closer downtown.
