This is so true. People I talk to back east are already complaining about the humidity and it's only in the 80's there.

Lived in Vegas for 20 years, Florida nearly 10, and VEGAS weather is 3x better overall.

Much less humid
No hurricanes
No lightning, or very little
Sun not as intense, as LV more north

Vegas weather is fantastic

+1 to this. I'd rather be here in 110deg heat than the two summers I spent in Providence RI with temps in the 90s, but oppressive humidity.

ITA about east coast and humidity. 105 here in Vegas is incredibly tolerable compared to 90 in NY with all the humidity. It really hasn't been an issue at all. We get active in the morning, have been to the pool a few times, etc. Our thermostat stays at 80 and it is perfectly comfortable. We went up to Mt. Charleston today for a hike and it was 76 and gorgeous. So far, perfect for me!

ITA about the lack of humidity. I'll take this any day. Our thermostat is at 80 and our downstairs is almost too cool but unfortunately our upstairs is almost too warm. Have to remember to bring a cooler when grocery shopping now. I can't believe how fast the ice cream melts!

Sent from my Evo Shift using TapaTalk, please forgive typos

Well sir, I live in San Diego right now, and I certainly can't afford it!!
