Where on W. Sahara are you headed for?

I don't think you can do this. Do you have to have lunch at Bellagio? Why not valet at the Forum Shops and eat there? You'll still have to hurry to get to W. Sahara. Do you know the town? I see you are getting directions but do you know those streets?

As far as what parking lots, all hotels have free parking, and you can usually get close to an entrance in the parking garage.

As for Caesar's, their parking garage is a nightmare. It is hard to find parking spaces, slow to navigate and then when you do you park you are so far from the strip you are walking forever. The positive there is that you can take the Twain underpass at Industrial up to Valley View and be on your way to the west.

I don't do valet so no answer there.
Yuck, glad I asked about Caesar's. Probably won't end up using a valet either, but it's good to have it as an option, so Cosmo it is. Getting around town I think I am ok, I have driven it before. But if I am running out of time, neither of these things are important, just trying to fit in a little fun.

Thanks everybody!

I've never had any trouble parking at Caesars in the 40-some years it's been open. But nowadays we usually valet at the Forum Shops because it's so easy.

Again, where you're going on W. Sahara might make a difference. I don't know why you'd want to go south to Tropicana if you're going to W. Sahara. It's the wrong direction.

I'd really like to watch all this. I don't see you going from the airport to the rental cars (45 min), driving to Cosmo (20-25 min), running to Bellagio for lunch (10-15 min, then order and get food and eat (45-60 min) then running to Caesars (15 min), then all the way back to Cosmo for the car (15 min), and driving out W. Sahara (20-40 min), in 2½ hrs. That would be fun to see.

You might be able to park at Bellagio near the elevator, have lunch if somebody orders for you ahead of time, drive to Caesars and park near the elevators, shop, and drive to W. Sahara, IF somebody met you at the airport with the car running ...but I doubt it.

Bellagio.

Please report back with what you were actually able to do. Hopefully there isn't some crazy hold up with airport security!

Take the shuttle .. it is fast and you don't need to look for parking or worry about getting lost in construction
It will let you off at Bellaggio or Ceasars and you can walk to the other property as they are next to each other..
It is nearly as fast as a cab ..
If tight on time .. take a cab back to the airport .. they do not take OR charge a fee for using a credit card ..

Well I suppose it was doable, but I ditched Tourneau because I am moving to Las Vegas anyway and it lost all the attraction when I remembered that. I arrived a few hours after Obama, so maybe the airport was fully staffed, but I kid you not, about 50 minutes after touchdown I was in my rental at the corner of Tropicana & Vegas Blvd. And that was with a huge mob of other people arriving to rent cars all at the same time. We were herded from past holding pen after holding pen after holding pen, was so unnerving the older guy in front of me started dragging his feet in protest right before we were finally herded into our own holding pen and onto one of the dozen + shuttles and whisked away. Hard to argue with efficiency!

I parked at the Cosmo which I agree was really easy and a great way to arrive at the Strip, the music was the best of any casino I've heard yet. I returned a week later to eat at their buffet which strangely played the likes of Blue Oyster Cult, I assume the food singing to us it was burning for us. The other night I went back and parked at Caesars which was a little confusing, on the way in I walked through one level that was being used as a dump with old furniture and garbage everywhere. I'm sure Bellagio would have been a good choice too, but that will be another day. Since ditching Tourneau, I drove up the strip to Sahara instead, was a pretty day.

Of all the responses, I'm surprised nobody mentioned the construction on Sahara. The BRT sounds great, they have been planning that back in Seattle for years but nowhere near the construction phase, so that's pretty cool to have it here instead.

Thanks again everybody
