Does anyone know anything about Titan Insurance? I'm currently with Geico and my policy finally switched to Vegas rates this month. It was a noticeable increase. Any recommendations? I know it is going to be high as I'm told Nevada has the highest rates in the nation.

Contact an independent agent. they can shop rates with many different companies. That being said don't shop rates, shop coverage.

I moved here last year I used a independent agent for car and home ins. He got me Titan ins. No other ins co could match their rates or coverage. The coverage part is the important part which determines the cost. Many people post lower cost coverage but they do not have good coverage. It is the independent agent job to search each year for the best price and coverage for you that is how they stay in business. With the amount of auto wrecks per day in LV the cost is going to be more so make sure you get good coverage. I found the rates not much more than what I was paying in NYS and the difference $$ wise in land and school tax over $5,000.00 in NYS vs $780.00 here a slight increase in Insurance I will be able absorb.

Geico is expensive compared to Shelter Insurance. Trust me, I switched from Geico to Shelter and saved - $520 for six months to $345.

You are paying for all the lizard commercials.
