I'm thinking of getting Freedompop's wireless phone service and internet Burst but there's just too much info on the site to figure out what I need. Does anyone know of a store I can go to in Las Vegas, NV to get the right info? Thanks.

It's NOT free! I don't know if this will copy and paste correctly but here's what I got signing up for the cheapest(free) service. The Phone premier trial is $9.99 per month after the first month. Do you have to use the FreedomPop Phone Premier or is there a free non-premiere option?

No, I picked the cheapest of everything. There were more expensive phones available even up to an iphone 5. I think that was the most expensive.

Will this be your main phone? This might be a good option for me as a second phone for tiny home business. We ditched our land line years ago and use cell phones and magicjack now. The magicjack phone app works great for my needs, but I need to text customers too.

So, if you get your own phone unlocked, it would cost between $10 and $20?

500mb LOLOLOLOLOLOL that's like an afternoon for me. I've been kissing my 10gb data limit every month. The only thing saving me is wifi at home and I figured out the wifi password at a business across the street at work.

But I do wish I could select what I do and do not want. I never use my phone. I would like 20 minutes a month, if that, for emergencies. Voicemails anger me, so my outgoing message instructs people not to leave voicemails unless it is an absolute emergency.
I text 3 people, once in a while, and I also use facebook messenger to talk to them so I could completely do away with texting as well. Too bad ATT won't let me drop those. All I really want is unlimited data.

No, I have a landline because cell reception at my house is always poor. You have to go outside to be able to talk without dropping the call. And my SO has a cell. I don't NEED one but it would be nice to have in case of emergency or for occasional use.

You could get a small prepaid phone for voice/texts and a tablet with an integrated cellular modem for data.
