Thanks guys , your inputs are very helpful to me .

Winter time in LV , the temperature could be lower than 50oF , I was told the Salt Chorine Generator probably won’t convert enough Chlorine or not at all , then :
How do you add Chlorine in the pool ? daily, weekly , tablets or just closed (by pass the cell) ?

Algae grows very, very slowly at temperatures under 50 degrees. Since we never winterize the pool, in the past, I've just chlorinated it heavily in October, covered it, set the pump to run a couple of hours a night, and not worried about it until March. Might need a little extra chlorine when we open it back up, but not more than a couple of boxes of bleach from Sams Club can't handle. I honestly couldn't tell you what that does to the service life of the cell, since the cell isn't working at that temp.

Alternatively, I'd suggest testing it every couple of weeks and adding bleach when necessary. Add tablets if you need to increase your cyanuric acid level, but otherwise, stick to bleach.

Once the pool temperature gets near the point where the salt cell will not generate chlorine, I remove my salt cell and put a bypass pipe in its place (the one we use is Hayward's GLX-CELL-PIPE). I then use a float with chlorine tabs until the pool temperature warms back up.
