Its about time that we do this. We are finally setting on moving within the next 3 months. Found a great home online in Zipcode 89121. The centre of the zip is DI rd, and I 515 Is this a good area, within 3 miles of this epicentre? Let me know

according to olecapt's crime map, 89121 is heavy crime, i would avoid, go to the north.. north of craig road.. very nice areas.

It is one of the areas that I would define as needing local knowledge. There are some very nice spots...but it is also pretty bad in places. My generic advice is avoid unless you or someone close has that local knowledge.

Centennial Hills is a very nice area. The just built a hospital here, and they're going to build a "lifestyle" Mall of Las Vegas right next to it. There's also a DMV on this end of town, and large YMCA. They're building a library next to it, and they're also going to be building a large shopping center by the DMV.

Centennial Hills is a very nice area is an understatement.... the northwest is gorgeous.....!!

I found the address of the house i was looking at. Its On robar Street. In a 3 block vicinity of valley high. Any information will be helpful. The house was built in 1969. Also where is this Centennial hills? Sounds like a nice place

I live in 89121: Vegas Valley ( One block north of DI) & Nellis. You're area is okay but not the greatest.
