I am already committed to st. andrews apartments at craig road and commerce. Lucky I acted fast because the inventory that i saw Sunday morning went fast.
Anyone have any feedback about those apartments.I didn't read any horror stories about roaches or anything.

On a somewhat unrelated note. There are ~30 SFRs that are under $1200/month in all of Clark County. Rents have gone up; Single story, single family homes with 2 car garages that are in turn key condition get snapped up quick.

Plenty of condos and town homes all over NLV to be had for under 1K a month if you put down 10K. Something to think about.
